Easter came early at Flynn Circuit

Published

This year, Easter came early at Flynn Circuit, Bellamack with a morning tea bringing together neighbours and housing staff, strengthening connections, and fostering a sense of belonging among social housing tenants.

Residents gathered in the community centre for a pre-Easter event hosted by their community housing provider Venture Housing and grounds maintenance team, Wilson's Lawn Care. From 10am to 12 noon, tenants enjoyed the chance to relax, connect with one another and meet the teams supporting them.

Staff from the Community Housing team also attended, taking the opportunity to chat with tenants who shared positive feedback about life at the complex. Residents commented on the great upkeep of the gardens, and how much they value the accessibility and design of their homes.

Flynn Circuit is designed for seniors seeking independent living and includes 40 one and two-bedroom units, each with a private garden.

Since 1 July 2024, Venture Housing – a tier one provider- has managed the Flynn Circuit properties as part of a large-scale transfer of 250 dwellings across Palmerston.

Thank you to everyone involved in helping foster a more connected and supportive environment for residents.
